The "Simulation Factory" (CI/CD): Architect the Inner Source pipelines (GitLab/Jenkins) that automatically validate, lint, package, and deploy new simulation methodologies contributed by domain experts A System Thinker: You have 6+ years of engineering experience, with 3+ years architecting distributed platforms. You understand that "Scale" isn't just about CPU; it's about Storage I/O, Network Latency, and License Constraints. An OS Polyglot: You are comfortable debugging Windows Process injection issues in the morning and Linux Kernel namespace issues in the afternoon. The "Platform" Mindset: You understand the separation between Content (The Simulation Logic) and Container (The Platform). You excel at building robust APIs and SDKs for other developers to use.
